For Conference Registrations:
Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel by 5:00pm on the Friday preceding the conference. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Course materials and audio CDs will automatically be mailed to prepaid registrants who did not receive a refund and were not able to attend.
For Conference Materials Orders (Binders, CDs, Audio CDs):
No refunds are available, however if the materials arrive in an unusable or incomplete condition we will replace the damaged or incomplete product at no cost.
