Founded in 1994 by Donna Passons, a former Assistant Dean for Continuing Legal Education at the University of Texas School of Law, the Texas Institute of CLE (TICLE) specializes in association management, CLE and conference development, program content, webinars/virtual seminars, golf tournament management, long-range planning, and membership recruitment and retention.
